That’s why we offer a lifetime warranty with an easy repair process:

1. Purchase a flat-rate $10 shipping fee for repairs within the U.S.
2. Ship the item(s) to our studio:
   228 Basin Dr, Lauderdale by the Sea, FL 33308
3. Once we receive your pieces, we’ll repair them and return them to you using the shipping fee you paid.

Please note:
This warranty does not cover normal signs of wear and tear. To ensure longevity, we recommend handling your jewelry with care.
